Ministry of transportation official Driver’s Handbook:

The ministry of transportation is keeping up with the great record of Ontario as the leader of the road safety in Canada as well as North America. It has introduced numerous precautionary claims to ensure the safety of the individuals. This handbook upholds the better and upgraded manners of all the drivers.
The bulk of accidents and smashes are caused by the delusion of the drivers including the over-speeding, frequently changing the lanes, perplexing the traffic signals, not maintaining a good distance from the vehicle before you and taking turns improperly etc. It has been statistically proved that there are some teenager drivers who deliberately put the lives of others in danger by their rash driving. They cause serious danger and threat to the people.

Ontario’s Graduated Licensing System (GLS), are providing a great help to the new drivers. It is trying its level best to promote the confidence of the new drivers and it is granting them to gain skills and it’s also enhancing their proficiency, allowing their expertise to rise and hence creating a danger-free environment and is decreasing the number of accidents and collisions. This handbook is providing the new drivers with the very basic and fundamental information about safe driving in Ontario. The knowledge of the road rules, the threat-free driving routine along with how to get a driving license is illustrated in this handbook.
