Welcome to MS Driving School (“we,” “our,” or “the School”). These Terms and Conditions
govern your use of our services, including driving lessons, promotions, and online services. By
using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policies
1.1 Students must possess a valid G1, G2, or equivalent learner’s permit for all in-car lessons.

students will be notified promptly via email or phone, using the contact information provided
during registration.
1.3 The Ministry Approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Course must be completed within
one year from the course start date. If the one-year time period has passed, the student will be

• Credit for future lessons may be provided in exceptional cases at the discretion of MS
Driving School management.
• Gift cards and coupons are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

discretion. However, students who have already signed up under specific promotional terms will
continue to benefit from those terms.
4. Certification and Compliance
4.1 Students must achieve a minimum passing grade of 70% in all in-class or online, and in-car

components at an additional fee.
5. Liability
5.1 MS Driving School is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.
Students are reminded to check the instructional vehicle thoroughly before leaving to ensure they
have all their belongings.
5.2 Students and their guardians assume full responsibility for providing accurate information,
including any medical conditions that may affect driving ability.
5.3 All lessons are conducted in vehicles insured by MS Driving School, but liability for
damages caused by reckless behavior during lessons rests with the student. Examples of reckless
behavior include but are not limited to: ignoring instructor instructions, intentionally unsafe
driving maneuvers, or operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Additional Policies
6.1 A zero-tolerance policy for Cannabis (Marijuana) is enforced in the in-car sessions. If the
driving instructor feels that a student has consumed Cannabis, the instructor has the right to
cancel the lesson and a cancellation fee of $50 or more will apply.
6.2 Once an appointment is made, the Instructor will wait at the decided destination for 5
minutes. If the student fails to appear within that time frame, it will be considered an automaticcancellation from the student’s side, and a $50 or more cancellation fee will apply. This fee must
be paid before rescheduling the missed appointment.
6.3 In-Car sessions will typically be given in two-hour increments unless the Instructor’s
schedule necessitates a one-hour session, in which case the Instructor will decide accordingly.
6.4 Drug and alcohol use are strictly prohibited at all times.
6.5 Students will not be allowed to use their cell phones or any electronic devices while in the
classroom or in the driver’s instructional vehicle. This includes talking or texting on a mobile
device. Cell phones brought to class or instructional vehicles must be set to silent/vibrate and
used only in emergencies. This policy will be strictly enforced.
6.6 No verbal assurances or promises not contained herein bind the school or the student.
6.7 Pick and drop services are available for London area only. Additional fees may apply for
locations outside standard service areas within London.
